What we collect (and what we never will)

Most privacy pages are where candor goes to die. Ours is a list, because lists are checkable. Here is everything Tarsier records about a visit:

• The page viewed. Rather the point of the exercise.
• The referrer and your own campaign tags, so you know what worked.
• A country, city, and region, derived at the network edge. Never a precise location, never an address.
• Browser and device type. Categories, not fingerprints.
• Events you explicitly define: signups, purchases, button clicks.

And the longer list

• No cookies. Of any kind. For any reason.
• No fingerprinting, probabilistic or otherwise.
• No names, emails, or account data.
• No stored IP addresses.
• No cross-site tracking of any description.

The only cookie in the entire system is the login session for your own dashboard — your visitors never see it. That is the whole inventory. If it ever grows, this post gets an update and you get told first.
